PINK RIBBON 360 is an individualized therapeutic breast cancer program. Most programs focus solely on physical needs. PINK RIBBON 360 holistically addresses the physical recovery & emotional well-being of the entire person.
PINK RIBBON 360 begins with a detailed assessment to develop an individualized wellness plan. The program consists of one to two 50 minute sessions per week for 12 sessions. These private, one-on-one sessions allow the person to feel comfortable, secure & safe. Sessions consist of stretching & strengthening exercises, core stability principles and meditation, and self-massage techniques.
Common side effects after breast cancer surgeries, treatments and reconstruction may include pain, decreased shoulder strength, loss of range of motion and lymphedema. PR360 can help survivors stretch and strengthen those areas, improve functional ability, posture, and energy levels, as well as decrease feelings of anxiety and depression.

A year ago, my friend was recovering from breast cancer surgery and couldn’t find a rehab program in the Valley to support both her physical and emotional needs. I felt compelled to fill that void. After much thought, research & training, PINK RIBBON 360 was created. I'm honored to carry out this program with you. I chose the name PINK RIBBON 360 to represent the importance of treating the WHOLE person, the physical and emotional needs.
In adherence with Covid-19 safety precautions, we are currently having great success administering our program through Zoom. This also allows us to safely work with clients all over the country.
